Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. Inspiration is the KEY. Nothing is more powerful than the inspired. I'm actually inspired by the feeling that what kind of a world will it be when we are all helping each other, no wars, no hunger, HIV/AIDS no everything that is bad, but just like paradise. Then I ask myself who can do this except me and you.
